Our dishwasher had rodent damage to the drain hose which leaked into the floor beneath our cabinet. My friend--a contractor--came over with his industrial strength dehumidifier and I was drying it out when they arrived. I asked Marco about the solution and he said that this would work and he suggested a mold killing primer to use on all the surfaces after we finished drying it. He said we could buy it for way less than they would have to charge to come out and do priming for me. They are a great crew with integrity and a desire to help.

One Call Services and Jamie went above and beyond to clean up some mold that was caused by a slow water leak from behind my dishwasher that went unnoticed. They provided an estimate the day after the inspection and the price was reasonable and once the estimate was approved, they started work the next day. Updated their arrival time via text and sent a text after the days works was done for each visit. I had to have them come multiple times due to more mold being found after they already started work, but they were flexible with the schedule each time. They were always courteous and polite when entering the house and detailed when explaining the work they would perform. Gave them a call to for a consultation regarding mold remediation. They were very honest and took the time to explain to me what mold remediation entails. Did not use the service because our landlord decided not to do anything about the mold. Highly recommend!
